Wellbeing Service Groups
Our Wellbeing Service groups are currently unable to run face to face due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We have put together video resources to replace our face-to-face groups for time being - these can be found under the group summaries below and they can also be found in our resources section. These are available for anyone to watch.
Our Wellbeing Service offers a range of groups - please click on the drop downs below to find out more about each one. Please click this link to sign yourself up to any of our wellbeing groups, or contact us and we can do this for you.
