If you are a health professional wishing to access our Duty Clinician Consultation, please contact the service on the number above to request an appointment quoting the patient’s name, NHS number and date of birth.

• The Duty Clinician will call you back at a mutually agreeable time to take all the details and guide you through the referral process
• Please do this even if you are thinking of recommending that someone else (e.g. a GP) should make the referral.
