This is a short patient friendly video that looks at the current situation from an acceptance and commitment therapy perspective. When we're struggling with uncertainty about something like a pandemic, so many fears can come up: What if I die? What if I don't get to do the things I want to do in life? What if I lose people I care about? How can I deal with the guilt of spreading the virus to somebody else? What if something uncontrollable and painful happens to my health?
